This site is operated by MarkCelerate.com ("we", "us"). By accessing or using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

A set of free calculators, along with explanatory content, worked examples, and compiled benchmark ranges. Everything is provided for general information and planning.

No account is required, nothing is sold here, and no fee is charged for access.

3. It is not professional advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and using it creates no professional relationship. The calculators perform arithmetic on figures you supply and know nothing about your circumstances.

4. How you may use the site

You may use the calculators freely for your own business or personal purposes, including in work you do for clients, and you may cite or link to any page here.

You may not republish, redistribute, or reproduce the calculator content, explanatory text, benchmark tables, or formulas as your own or as part of a competing resource; scrape or bulk-download the site by automated means; remove or obscure attribution or notices; or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.

5. Ownership

The site, its design, source code, and written content are owned by MarkCelerate.com and protected by copyright. No licence to reuse them is granted by these terms or by your use of the site.

Metric names and standard formulas are, of course, nobody's property — the particular wording, structure, benchmark compilations, and code here are.

6. No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. While formulas are checked against their worked examples automatically, we do not warrant that any calculator, benchmark, or explanation is accurate, complete, current, or fit for your purpose, nor that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including lost profits, wasted marketing spend, or business decisions made on the basis of a result shown here.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-party links and sponsorship

Where a page carries a sponsored placement or affiliate link, it is labelled. Compensation never determines what a calculator reports or what its benchmarks say.

External sites we link to are outside our control. Their inclusion is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Calculations run entirely in your browser and the figures you enter are never transmitted to us. What is and is not collected is set out in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms, change or remove calculators, or discontinue the site at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
